Motivation Australia has been enhanced through the dedication and support of our numerous volunteers, members and supporters since our foundation in 2007. Volunteers have provided their expertise in wheelchairs and seating, prosthetics, orthotics, peer to peer mentoring, rehabilitation, health and well being, website development, design, marketing and fundraising.

What can I do? Volunteer positions can be short or long term roles assisting with a wheelchair service training events with our partners overseas; developing resources and materials from home; contributing to our expert clinical and technical panel, or; spending time with us in our Adelaide office.

If you would like to share your skills and join our volunteer team, please contact Lauren Flaherty.

Volunteers will need to adhere to Motivation Australia policies and procedures, including our Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct. Volunteers will need to provide two character references and may need to provide a police clearance certificate. You can find more information about MA policies here.
