Ken Wallis, M Ed, B Ed, B A (Hons), has worked in a variety of sectors for over 40 years. Ken has worked in Victorian and Australian government, the private sector, all levels of education and in consultancy roles in building personal and organisational capability.
Ken’s roles centred around managing the learning and organisational development functions and running a variety of training and development programs throughout Australia and South East Asia, including Nepal, Cambodia and Myanmar. He developed and for 5 years directed the ‘International Mentor Program’ for Local Government Professionals Australia.
Ken has presented annually at many state and national learning and organisation development conferences in a variety of sectors. Topics have included mentoring, alignment of organisation development strategies and initiatives and the use of cultural measurement to deliver increased levels of engagement.
