Important information for stage 4

Final meeting

During the last month and final meeting of the programme, it is important to reflect and review all personal and professional development achieved by the mentee and mentor during the programme.

Reflecting on our development so far allows the mentor and mentee to identify priorities for further development. These priorities may be in different areas or a continuation of the same areas.

The mentee and mentor should also thank each other for sharing their experiences and knowledge during the programme.

Mentee Evaluation

The mentee final reflection form is available for download below. Mentees and mentors should complete the mentee evaluation together and send to Daniel at danielnoll@motivation.org.au by 1 July.

Please see the form and the Stage 4 programme framework for more information.

Programme evaluation survey

For all participants, the programme evaluation survey will be open for 2 weeks starting from Friday 17 June at 9:30am Sydney time and closing on Friday 1 July at 5:00pm Sydney time. Check your emails for the link!

Final group mentoring session and programme review

The final group mentoring / programme review session will be held on Wednesday July 6 at 5:00pm Sydney time. Daniel will send out a link to the meeting closer to the date. Please let Daniel know if you cannot attend by emailing danielnoll@motivaiton.org.au.

Continuing the mentoring relationship

It is up to the mentee and mentor to agree if and how they would like to continue the relationship after the programme. Applications for the Pacific Wayfinders Mentoring programme for 2022/23 will open in July.

Motivation Australia are happy for the 2021/22 mentoring pairs to continue in the programme for 2022/23. Please contact Daniel at danielnoll@motivation.org.au if you wish to do this.
